Advertising - Click on Comments under Your Name and enter the Clients you are talking to. Make updates with each conversation. BEFORE YOU MAKE CONTACT WITH A NEW CLIENT YOU ARE TO CHECK HERE TO ASSURE ANOTHER STAFFER IS NOT IN THE PROCESS WITH THAT CLIENT. If any client is to be approached about sponsoring a new show, the original staffer is to make that contact.

Meeting Notes - Click Open Shout Box If we all would use this shout box we could have almost instant communications during the day. When you get to your computer, open the site log in and open this box. All conversation are kept in a running script. This is where I propose we get our meeting notes. After the Site is activated, I will provide you with a direct link you can add to favourites or on your phone and you will not need to open the site to keep connected.
